Gunthers is a long-standing HVAC company based in Utah, committed to quality and family values. We seek an HVAC/R Installer who can lead installation teams, install refrigerant lines, and ensure proper airflow with duct systems for residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with refrigeration expertise.
• EPA and RMGA certification required.
• Ability to teach and train others.
• Must pass an HVAC skills test.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
• Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems for proper airflow and ventilation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during installation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to meet deadlines and specifications.

HVAC/R INSTALLER Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):

• Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC/R INSTALLER Responsibilities:

• Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
• Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
• Effectively leads others.
• Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

HVAC/R Installer Qualifications:

• 3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration
• EPA and RMGA certification required
• Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
