Job summary

Hiller is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to install and service client systems. You will perform code-compliant replacements, handle electrical tasks, inspect systems, and communicate findings to customers with accuracy.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with EPA/NATE/HVAC certifications preferred. Competitive benefits and a track record of quality work are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years verifiable HVAC install experience.
• EPA certification preferred.
• NATE certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all HVAC replacements to code.
• Solder and perform necessary electrical work for HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Handle calculations for HVAC work and invoicing purposes.
• Know and adhere to state HVAC codes.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics

Education/Certification Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Prefer 3‑5years of verifiable work experience in HVAC install.
