Job summary

Hiller Heating and AC is seeking skilled HVAC installers to perform residential installations to code, soldering and electrical work as needed, and conducting precise inspections for clients. Strong communication with customers is essential.

The role requires 3–5 years of verifiable HVAC installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA/NATE certifications are preferred. Join a team with extensive benefits and stability in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification preferred.

• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC replacements to code.
• Solder and perform electrical work related to HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Perform calculations for HVAC work and invoicing.
• Know and adhere to all state HVAC codes.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics

Education/Certification Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.

Desired Experience

Prefer 3-5 years of verifiable work experience in HVAC installation.

Salary

$22 - $30 an hour
