Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician for our Chattanooga, TN area. You will perform HVAC replacements to code, solder and complete electrical tasks, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

Strong diagnostic and calculation skills help with quotes and invoicing. Requirements include EPA certification and a HS diploma or GED; NATE and HVAC diploma/certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC replacements to code.
• Solder and handle electrical work related to HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Perform calculations for HVAC work and invoicing purposes.

HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• EPA Certified.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
