Happy Hiller in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a skilled HVAC technician to perform replacements to code, inspect systems, and clearly communicate findings to clients. The role supports on-site installation, soldering, and adherence to state HVAC codes.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; EPA, NATE, or HVAC certifications are preferred. This position offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities with year-round work.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics

• Valid driver’s license.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.

$25 - $35 an hour
