Job summary

Hiller Heating and AC is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform replacements to code, solder and handle electrical work related to HVAC projects. The role includes conducting thorough inspections and communicating findings to clients, performing calculations for HVAC work and invoicing, and mentoring team members weekly.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and a High School diploma or GED; EPA, NATE, and HVAC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC replacements to code and soldering as needed.
• Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics

Education/Certification Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.$25 - $35 an hour
