Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC technician to perform code-compliant replacements, solder and handle electrical tasks, and deliver thorough inspections to clients in the Murfreesboro area.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a GED or high school diploma, and preferred EPA/NATE/HVAC certifications. This position offers advancement opportunities and paid training in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC replacements to code.
• Solder and perform electrical work related to HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Perform calculations for HVAC work and invoicing.
• Know and adhere to state HVAC code.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
• Ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work associated with the HVAC project
• Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client.
• Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes
• Must know and adhere to all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team's performance metrics

Education/Certification Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

• EPA Certification preferred.
