Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC installer lead to manage all phases of new system installations. You will work from initial video previews to full installation, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA certification and knowledge of installation and venting codes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Completion of a certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ongoing technical development and cross training encouraged.
• Oil burner experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of new HVAC system installation from video preview through all Install System steps.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve financial goals.
• Establish good customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators for job completion.
• Daily communication with Project Manager and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, well-inventoried truck and job site.
• Train and mentor apprentices for on-time, high-quality installations.
• Ensure accuracy of paperwork including checklists and invoices.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings.
