Rodenhiser Home Services is a Massachusetts-based HVAC leader seeking an experienced Installer to manage full installation projects from preview to completion. You will lead on-site teams and coordinate with project managers to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will train apprentices, maintain organized job sites, and ensure accurate paperwork and post-job videos. This role offers advancement potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• EPA certification and venting code knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Completion of a certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to ongoing technical development and cross-training.
• Oil burner experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all facets of new HVAC system installation from video preview through install.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget.
• Establish good customer rapport for high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Provide follow-up in the area of expertise.
• Train and mentor apprentices for on-time, high-quality installations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and post-job videos.
• Participate in department meetings and trainings.
