Southern Home Services is seeking a Lead Install Technician to oversee residential HVAC system installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of Install Helpers, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on safety, inventory management, and professional communication across teams. A non-exempt, service-oriented position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC experience in residential market.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer service.
• Professional interaction across organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and/or replace HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in the shop.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Maintain tools, parts, and the vehicle in an organized and clean condition.
• Ensure safety and compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations.
• Handle physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds (and more).
• Manage inventory and contribute to team training and development.
