Service Stars in Danbury, CT is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to support residential installations. You’ll join a family-owned shop that values craftsmanship over the upsell.

Day-to-day involves assisting with high-quality installs, loading trucks, and coordinating with Install Lead Technicians while treating each home with respect. We offer competitive pay, benefits, paid training, and a clear path for growth as you build your trade.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.

• Able to explain systems to homeowners and coordinate with Lead Technician.
• 1+ year of residential HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality installations of new HVAC systems in residential homes.

• You’re Gritty: You don’t mind the 50+ lb lifts, the ladders, or the occasional tight crawl space. You handle the heat and the cold because that’s where the work is.
• Experience: Ideally, you’ve got 1 or more years in residential HVAC, but if you have the right attitude and basic hands-on skills, we want to talk.

Your Day-to-Day

• The Build: Performing high-quality installations of new HVAC systems in residential homes.
• The Prep: Assisting in loading the trucks with the right tools and gear so you aren't hunting for a wire nut in the middle of a job.
• The Mission: Working with Install Lead Technicians to knock out the daily schedule and stay ahead of the curve.
• The Respect: Treating every client’s home like it’s your own. We’re guests in their houses, and we act like it.
