Service Stars in Danbury, CT is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our family-owned team. Location: 43C Beaver Brook Rd, Danbury, CT. Pay: $22-$30/hour, depending on experience.

You will assist in installing HVAC systems in residential homes, help load trucks, and collaborate with Install Lead Technicians to maintain the daily schedule. Qualifications

• Proficient communication with homeowners and team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• The Build: Performing high-quality installations of new HVAC systems in residential homes.
• The Prep: Assisting in loading the trucks with the right tools and gear so you aren't hunting for a wire nut in the middle of a job.
• The Mission: Working with Install Lead Technicians to knock out the daily schedule and stay ahead of the curve.
