Guaranteed Service in New Jersey is hiring an HVAC Install Helper to assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations and replacements, learn on the job, and grow into a Lead Installer.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred or motivated learners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
