Basnett Plumbing & Heating is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to assist our residential installation team in Littleton, MA. Earn $18–$23 per hour with a 40+ hour weekly schedule, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC installation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and motivation to grow in the HVAC industry.
• Previous HVAC experience or technical training preferred, but not required.
• EPA Certification is a plus

• Work alongside lead installers to complete residential heating and air conditioning installations.
• Carry materials, organize equipment, and prepare tools and supplies needed for each project.
• Help take out outdated HVAC units and get work areas ready for replacement systems.

Required Qualifications
