Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Punctual and reliable with good time management.
• Able to explain systems to homeowners and coordinate with Lead Technician.
• 1+ year of residential HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality installations of new HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Assist in loading trucks with tools and gear for jobs.
• Work with Install Lead Technicians to meet the daily schedule.
• Treat every client’s home with respect and professionalism.
