Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to start as HVAC Install Helper trainees.

You will learn equipment installation per manufacturer specs and basic electrical tasks in hands‑on lab and field training. The program covers copper refrigerant lines, duct work, and gas line connections. Responsibilities

• Learn to install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units.
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes.
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.

Overview

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade.Our training will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands‑on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training.

Our HVAC Install Helper training will teach candidates how to:

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems inhomes
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
