Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking motivated individuals to start in an HVAC Install Helper training program.

You will gain hands-on experience in our training lab and in the field under skilled technicians, learning to install equipment, basic electrical concepts, refrigerant linework, duct systems, and gas line connections. Responsibilities

• Learn to install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Acquire basics of electricity as it relates to HVAC units.
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes.
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
