Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. seeks an entry-level HVAC support technician to assist the Lead Technician with in-home service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs. You’ll help keep trucks and job sites organized while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, forward thinking.
• Willingness to commit to continuing education.
• Know how to establish customer rapport through entire process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead HVAC Technician to complete all general in-home service calls.
• Assist Lead HVAC Technician in troubleshooting and repair.
• Keep Technician’s truck, job site clean and organized.
• Maintain high level of motivation and “Can Do” attitude.
