Roth Home in Oregon is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to work Mon-Fri alongside experienced Journeyman Installers, gaining hands-on experience on residential HVAC installations and learning proper techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential heating and cooling system installations
• Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices
• Stage equipment, materials, and tools for each job
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Support the lead installer from start to finish
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete job documentation and required paperwork
• Develop troubleshooting, installation, and customer service skills
• Build the foundation for a long-term career in the HVAC industry
