Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong technical and installation skills are expected.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Installing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Installing and modifying ductwork and air distribution systems.
  • Leading installation projects from start to finish.
  • Mentoring and developing apprentice installers.
  • Ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.
  • Maintaining organized jobsites and company vehicles.
  • Communicating professionally with homeowners.
  • Completing job documentation accurately and efficiently.

Your Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll help deliver the quality, professionalism, and "White Glove" experience that homeowners have trusted Roth to provide for over 50 years.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
