Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Pay: $20-$24/hr
  • Position starts at $20/hr and increases quickly based on your progress.
  • Motivated apprentices can exceed $24/hr in a short timeframe.
  • HVAC is an excellent career path for anyone mechanically inclined!

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• EPA certification within 90 days of hire
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Basic tool & jobsite safety awareness
• Ability to safely use ladders
• Ability to measure, cut, drill, and perform basic physical tasks
• Able to carry 100 lbs with assistance
• Reliable, on‑time attendance
• Commitment to building customer service skills
• Willingness to invest in basic HVAC tools
