Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong technical and installation skills are expected.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Installing residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Installing and modifying ductwork and air distribution systems.
- Leading installation projects from start to finish.
- Mentoring and developing apprentice installers.
- Ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Maintaining organized jobsites and company vehicles.
- Communicating professionally with homeowners.
- Completing job documentation accurately and efficiently.
