Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to HVAC customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts in the ERP/CRM.
Provide timely information on product availability, lead times, and alternatives for out-of-stock items.
Resolve customer issues by researching problems and coordinating solutions.
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
