Job summary

S & P Air Control in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a positive and self-motivating Inside Sales Representative to support customers through quoting air movement control products for commercial and industrial building projects.

You will handle calls from customers and prospects, selling products such as louvers, dampers, silencers, and acoustical enclosures, while coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales/Account Manager roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts.
• Provide high level of customer service in a timely manner.
• Communicate products and services to customers and assist selection.
