Job summary

Air Systems, Inc. seeks a Service Inside Salesperson to support the Service Department by preparing repair proposals, coordinating quote approvals, and moving accepted quotes through the service workflow.

This role connects customers, field personnel, vendors, purchasing, and dispatch to ensure quotes are accurate, approved, scheduled, documented, and completed. The incumbent will handle proposal preparation, follow-up on outstanding proposals, and coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC service dispatch, inside sales, or related service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication to customers and internal teams.
• Strong organization, follow-through, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning service software systems and portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer proposals for HVAC service repairs and quoted work.
• Review technician notes and scope to develop accurate quotes.
• Coordinate with field personnel to verify scope, labor, materials and site conditions.
• Identify exclusions and assumptions reflected in quote language.
• Track open and approved proposals to maintain visibility of status.
• Follow up with customers on proposals and provide pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order materials for accepted work.
• Enter approved proposals into accounting or work order systems.
• Schedule work based on technician availability and material readiness.
