Qualifications

• HVAC industry experience preferred (contractor, wholesale distribution, or related field).
• Previous counter sales, inside sales, parts sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn distributor software.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with HVAC experience who enjoys helping contractors, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment. As the face of our counter, you’ll assist customers with product selection, process orders, coordinate with the warehouse, and help keep our customers productive and successful.
