TMI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Chesterfield, MO branch. The role involves selling products and services to prospective and established customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, or walk-in, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

You will partner with Territory Sales Managers to improve dealer relationships and drive territory coverage. We value a proactive, customer-focused approach with strong knowledge of HVAC products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer needs by phone, email, or walk-in to close sales.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and dealers on product launches and pricing.
• Process orders, quotes, and deliveries with accurate data.
• Provide product and technical information to customers.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and stay current with trends.
• Assist in warehouse and operate forklift as needed.
