Job summary

Dallas Mechanical Group (DMG) is seeking an Inside Service Sales professional to support the Service Sales team from opportunity identification to booking and order tracking. Qualifications

• Inside sales or service sales support experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC or facilities management preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC systems with willingness to learn more.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in proposals and documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in achieving sales, customer service, and project management objectives.
• Coordinate opportunities and projects from proposal through booking and ordering.
• Communicate with Sales, national accounts, equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop working knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and service solutions.
• Solicit pricing and proposals from suppliers and coordinate follow-up.
• Prepare, format, and deliver customer proposals and pricing documents.
• Prepare and track project submittals and documentation.
• Enter projects into ERP+ and monitor orders.
• Maintain organized sales files and CRM data.
• Assist Sales with customer requests and pricing coordination.
• Participate in Sales meetings and action-item follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Service and others to hand off projects.
• Share best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Comply with company policies and safety requirements.
