Job summary

Dallas Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking an Inside Service Sales to support the Sales Team in achieving sales and project management objectives. The role requires understanding of basic HVAC systems and active collaboration with national accounts and suppliers.

The candidate will assist with proposals, submittals, and ERP+ bookings, while maintaining CRM opportunity tracking and sales folders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is preferred, with strong MS Office and Excel skills,

• Relevant technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations & Maintenance.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills required.

• Must be able to handle confidential information; highly organized and task-focused.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Inside Service Sales

Job Summary

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to climb ladders, lift and carry 50 or more pounds, distinguish colors for electrical work and tolerate confined spaces. Work will involve heights and seasonal temperature extremes. Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is required while performing tasks.
