• Estimate mechanical service and preventative maintenance costs with sales and operations teams.
• Prepare accurate, well-organized quotes and bid packages.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor quotes to meet contract requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors; manage scope and margins.
• Assist in turnover and close-out activities, including documentation and billing.
