JobSquad Florida is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for our HVAC manufacturing support team in Florida. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, quotes, and order processing, while coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years inside sales or customer service in HVAC/manufacturing.
• Experience with quotations, POs, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HVAC terminology and product specs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email; provide quotes and process orders.
• Coordinate with production, logistics; update customers on status.
• Support outside sales with quotations and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and prepare reports.
• Identify upsell opportunities and resolve order issues.
