Service Experts is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to drive outbound calls promoting residential HVAC tune-ups and related services. You will handle selling, scheduling, and answering customer questions to book appointments per the sales plan.

Requirements include 1+ year in outbound sales or telemarketing, 2+ years in customer service, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for shifts and a valid driver's license are needed. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 1+ years in outbound/telemarketing sales or related sales experience.
• 2+ years in customer service; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales and calls-per-hour goals.
• Place outbound calls to sell preventative maintenance, tune-ups and repairs.
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure calls meet company standards.
• Make decisions regarding customer satisfaction with confidence.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and escalating when needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and promotions.
