You will conduct outbound calls to promote residential HVAC tune-ups and other revenue-generating activities, handling selling, scheduling, and answering customer questions with courtesy and professionalism to meet the sales plan.

The role requires strong communication skills, 1+ year outbound sales, 2+ years customer service, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Flexible hours and on-call shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).
• 1+ years in outbound/telemarketing sales or related sales experience.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple support center systems.
• Strong selling and business-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and calls-per-hour goals.
