Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an outside Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and offer HVAC solutions. You’ll leverage internal leads and your own pipeline to close residential HVAC and water heater opportunities, using a consultative selling approach and collaboration with our technical team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of direct sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• On-site Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.
