Executive Alliance is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support HVAC manufacturers in Plainview, NY. This role offers a clear path into technical sales, engineering support, and account management.

Responsibilities include providing daily technical support to engineers, contractors, and distributors, assisting with system design and sizing, preparing quotes, and delivering product presentations via webcast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the HVAC manufacturing space.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC products and materials.
• Prior experience working in a sales or customer support role for contractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong computer and internet research skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to engineers, contractors, and distributors via phone and email.
• Assist with system design, product selection, and equipment sizing.
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and availability information.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions via webcast.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards
• Other duties as assigned.
