Aire Serv of Northeast Ohio is seeking an Inside HVAC Sales Consultant to manage a desk with ~700 warm inbound warranty leads per year. The role offers a guaranteed base salary and uncapped commissions, backed by a transparent leadership culture and mentorship.

This on-site position in Orrville, OH focuses on consultative phone closings, pricing proposals, and coordinated scheduling with technicians, aiming for strong annual earnings through ongoing leads and a robust commission structure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC parts counter sales, service dispatch, inside home service sales, or warranty coordination.
• Proven familiarity with HVAC system assemblies and terminology to order correct parts and explain failure points to customers.
• Strong phone closing ability and consultative objection-handling skills.
• Experience using customer databases; ServiceTitan is a major plus.
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the Orrville, OH facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account owner for inbound Home Shield warranty leads annually.
• Close sales over the phone by educating homeowners on replacement vs. repairs and leveraging coverage.
• Build precise system pricing proposals through the Home Shield platform.
• Follow up to answer questions, guide financing, and secure signed contracts.
• Manage repair workflows: diagnose failures, source parts, obtain warranty approvals.
• Coordinate installation/repair timetables with field staff and leadership.
• Maintain accurate customer logs and revenue pipelines in ServiceTitan.
