American Residential Services is seeking an Assistant HVAC Sales Manager to support sales leadership and drive performance for our residential in-home sales team. You will coach Comfort Advisors, improve close rates, and ensure a strong customer experience in a fast-paced, nationwide service organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience, HVAC industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and coaching ability.
• Goal-driven with a passion for helping sales teams succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly HVAC sales targets.
• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors to improve close rates and performance.
• Lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed.
• Assist with weekend sales operations when required (Saturday/Sunday).
• Support and oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner store locations as needed.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics and report performance to retail partners and leadership.
• Help maintain consistent sales processes, training, and accountability within the team.
