Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking an HVAC & I&E Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair HVAC systems, instrumentation, electrical equipment, and control systems across the facility.

You will work with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, reliability, and continuous improvements; minimum 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in HVAC, instrumentation, or electrical systems; an associate or technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or technical certification in HVAC, electrical technology, instrumentation, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in HVAC, instrumentation, electrical systems, or a combination thereof.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment.
Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process instrumentation including sensors.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to facility voltage.
Perform preventive maintenance and manage work orders in a CMMS.
Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, LOTO, and PPE requirements.
Support equipment startups, shutdowns, plant turnarounds, and capital projects.
