Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled HVAC technician with industrial electrical experience to install, repair and maintain HVAC systems across the plant. The role requires a Freon license and the ability to diagnose electrical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Freon license required.
• HVAC experience in industrial settings.
• 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Proven electro/mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and controls to diagnose electrical failures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment plant wide.
• Identify repairs and/or replacement needs.
• Assist others by providing information on proper use of equipment.
• Ensure adequate materials are available to complete a job promptly.
• Safely use hand tools and test equipment, following OSHA regulations.
