Job summary

Richard's Heating and Air Repair, Inc. seeks an In-Home Sales Advisor to cover the Tri-Valley area, CA. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess needs, present HVAC solutions, and close sales with exceptional customer service.

The role offers full-time employment with a base of $17.00 per hour plus tiered commissions and uncapped earning potential, plus comprehensive benefits and company-provided tools.

Qualifications

• HVAC or related sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for in-home consultations and sales appointments.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement opportunities.
• Present customized solutions and financing options in person.
• Handle company-furnished leads and report outcomes to Sales Manager.
• Generate at least 25% of own leads through referrals.
