Job summary

Richard's Heating and Air Repair, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Comfort Consultant to meet homeowners in the Tri-Valley area (Livermore, Sunol, Pleasanton, Dublin and surrounding communities).

You will identify heating and cooling needs, explain options, and guide customers through the replacement process. This full-time role offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour with uncapped commissions and earnings potential up to $200,000+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Active California H.I.S. license required.
• 5+ years residential HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Proven success closing HVAC replacement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for in-home consultations and assess needs.
• Present pricing, financing options, and installation recommendations.
• Manage sales appointments from first contact to signed agreement.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in ServiceTitan.
• Follow up with customers and generate referrals.
