Neffsville Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Home Comfort Advisor in Lancaster, PA to meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and recommend solutions that fit budget and comfort goals.

You will guide customers through the sales process, prepare detailed proposals, and work closely with our installation and operations teams to create a seamless experience from consultation through installation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a commission-based environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with installation and operations teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer needs.

• Prepare material lists and job details to support installations.
• Ensure proposals enable a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Collaborate with Parts Team, Installation Coordinator, and crews.
• Communicate expectations to operational teams and address questions.
