Superior Tank and Energy Company is seeking a motivated HVAC Salesperson / Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in Bristol, PA. This role involves in-home consultations, presenting system options, and closing replacement sales with a take-home company vehicle.

You will work with homeowners and businesses to find heating and cooling solutions, earning a substantial income through a performance-based commission plan. Training and support are provided as the company expands.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience preferred or willingness to train the right closer.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend tailored comfort solutions.
• Present and sell heating, cooling, and energy efficiency products and services.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales agreements for installations and replacements.
• Follow up on leads from marketing, referrals, and technician handoffs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on HVAC products, trends, and incentives.
