Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge is required.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test is required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation Department to ensure timely and accurate HVAC installations.
• Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems.
• Analyze work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete jobs according to company standards.
• Request necessary parts and equipment for each job and ensure the truck is properly loaded.
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
