Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an HVAC General Manager in Florida to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across two established operating companies. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and improving profitability.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement business strategies to foster innovation, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC methods, codes, and systems.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to build consensus and drive growth.
• Willingness to take on new tasks and improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and interface with executive leadership, finance, and field operations.
• Ensure successful execution of Plumbing & HVAC service and on-site progress.
• Manage budgeting, safety, and project management within targets.
• Recruit, interview, orient, train, coach and discipline operations team as needed.
• Lead development and improvement of organizational management protocols and tools.
• Collaborate with Ownership on long- and short-term growth plans.
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet objectives.
• Provide timely reports on operating condition to Ownership.
• Partner with sales, service, installation, and operations departments.
