• Provide leadership and direction for Supreme HVAC, with accountability for performance.
• Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations including service, maintenance, repair, installation, scheduling, dispatch, and office support.
• Establish operating priorities, performance expectations, and accountability across the organization.
• Ensure work is scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently with high quality and customer service.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Use financial data to identify trends, address performance gaps, and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with corporate and shared-service teams to support operations and initiatives.
• Lead the organization through seasonal demand and growth.
