Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking an HVAC General Manager in Land O' Lakes, FL, responsible for strategic growth and operational excellence across two established operating companies. The role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and driving profitability.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement business strategies that foster innovation, optimize processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years, verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques & codes.
• Passion for building high performing teams.
• Willingness to grow operationally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production from interfacing with executive leadership, finance and management of field operations, safety & project management & on-site progress.
• Oversee successful execution of all Plumbing & HVAC service.
• Provide oversight and accountability; managers are on track and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, training, coaching and disciplining the operations team.
• Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols and tools.
• Collaborate with Ownership on long and short-term plans for company growth.
