Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC methods, techniques & systems and applicable codes.
• Professional degree preferred in Construction Management or equivalent, but not required.
• Willingness to grow operationally and professionally through challenges.
• Proven history of building high-performing teams and leadership excellence.
• Ability to build consensus and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to take on new tasks and continuously improve processes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production from executive interface, finance, field operations, safety, project management, on-site progress, and employee retention.
• Manage and supervise the execution of Plumbing & HVAC service operations.
• Ensure managers are on track and within budget; provide accountability.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, coaching and disciplinary actions for the operations team.
• Promote development and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools.
• Collaborate with ownership on long- and short-term plans for company growth.
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on operating conditions to Ownership.
• Serve as strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among sales, service, installation, and operations.
• Operate autonomously while meeting and exceeding Ownership expectations.
• Foster a results-driven, accountable environment throughout the company.
