Jobot is seeking experienced HVAC Foremen and Superintendents for multiple roles in Manassas, VA. These positions oversee HVAC installations on multifamily and residential new construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and top quality.

You will lead teams and subcontractors, manage budgets and resources, read blueprints, and coordinate with architects and engineers. A strong safety mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in HVAC or construction.
• Construction or engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proven experience managing multifamily and residential new construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction design, estimating, and cost control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and allocate resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct, and manage HVAC installation projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure quality control for all HVAC installations, adhering to building codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues on-site.
• Provide team leadership, including managing subcontractors and suppliers, and allocating resources to ensure project success.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Control project costs, including estimating, budgeting, and managing expenses.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on construction design to integrate HVAC systems effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with other construction project managers for overall success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, specifications, and reports.

These key positions will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of HVAC installations on multifamily and residential new construction projects. The chosen candidates will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, direct, and manage HVAC installation projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing multifamily and residential new construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction design, estimating, and cost control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and allocate resources effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
