Job summary
Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman / Field Foreman to join our team. This hands-on leader will independently complete small daily HVAC installations and guide crews on larger light commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has journeyman HVAC experience, strong installation know‑how on RTUs and ductwork, and the ability to coordinate crews, materials, and schedules while reading
Qualifications
- Journeyman HVAC experience with field foreman or crew lead background.
- Experience on light commercial HVAC projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC installation crews on light commercial projects.
- Perform daily HVAC equipment installations, replacements, and upgrades.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide solutions.
- Mentor apprentices and junior installers.
- Maintain documentation and safety.
